Why we built it
Every day, small businesses in Cyprus lose customers to a phone nobody can answer: in the middle of a treatment, in the dinner rush, on the road. The caller rarely tries twice.
Call-centre software is made for big companies and speaks one language. We wanted a receptionist that a clinic, a taverna or a car hire office can set up without a technician, and that sounds like the people who call.
