Ellanik answers phone calls for your business with an AI assistant, books appointments in a calendar it provides, and shows you what happened in a dashboard.

Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite.

Ellanik answers from the hours, prices, rules and other information you add. You are responsible for keeping that information correct and for the rules you set.

Ellanik tells every caller it is an AI assistant. It is not a person, it can make mistakes, and it is not meant for emergencies or for medical or legal advice.

Do not use Ellanik to break the law, to mislead callers, to harass anyone, or to attack or overload the service.

Your customers’ data stays yours. Ellanik processes it only to provide the service, as the privacy policy describes.

Plans are billed monthly in euros, and taxes are added where they apply. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your billing page.

When you reach the limit of your plan, we tell you and do not cut callers off suddenly.

We work to keep Ellanik running and we monitor it, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. When we can, we tell you about planned work in advance.

Ellanik is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost bookings or revenue, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the three months before the claim.

You can stop using Ellanik at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. When an account closes, its data is deleted as the privacy policy describes.

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before the change applies.
